The Pendulum: Use the arm’s weight to gently stretch the shoulder
Neck Release: Moving the chin toward the chest and ear toward each shoulder for a stretch in the neck and shoulder
Torso Twist: Twist the torso to each side while sitting for an extended back and shoulder stretch
