Stephanie Leverentz, Physician Assistant (PA-C)

Stephanie Pease Physician AssistantA physician assistant is a highly trained independent practitioner with advanced training in orthopedics. They are both trained and licensed to independently provide care, diagnosis and recommendations throughout the orthopedic clinic. Stephanie Leverentz PA-C received her B.S. in Kinesiology and a B.S in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois in 2013 graduating with honors, and then completed a Master of Medical Science and Physician Assistant Studies at South College in Knoxville, TN in 2016. She’s always had an interest in both orthopedics and an active life. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time outside and taking long walks on the beach.


Micah Clutter, Physician Assistant (PA-C)

Micah Clutter

A physician assistant is a highly trained independent practitioner with advanced training in orthopedics. They are both trained and licensed to independently provide care, diagnosis and recommendations throughout the orthopedic clinic.  Micah Clutter PA-C, ATC received her Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training in 2016 from Carroll University in Waukesha, WI. She then worked as an Athletic Trainer for two years in the Rockford Region prior to going on to complete her Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies, also from Carroll University. Micah has always enjoyed playing and watching sports which led her to her career path in orthopedics. In her free time, she enjoys staying active with outdoor activities and playing softball.


Jordan Myers, Clinical Lead

Jordan-Myers-Clinic-LeadJordan Myers is a Certified Athletic Trainer with a Bachelors in Education with emphasis in Athletic Training from Northern Illinois University. While at NIU he worked with both collegiate and high school sports. Jordan has previously worked with OSF Saint Anthony’s for in-patient physical therapy, outpatient physical therapy, high school outreach and sports enhancement. His vast background in sports medicine gives him the tools to enhance our clinic and assist with patient care. His role in patient care will include in depth answers to patient questions, assistance with orthopedic examination, diagnostic testing, flow of patient visit and the surgical scheduling process. Jordan enjoys playing sports and staying active in his free time.  If he is not in the office you will find him on the golf course.
